Check-in and check-out

• Check in after 12:00
• Check out before 10:00
• Note: In case you want to arrive earlier to check in, please inform us in advance so we can check the room status. If the room is not ready, you can leave your luggage and personal belongings at Home for us to keep and you can come back at 14:00.

Rules

• No smoking in the room.
• No pets allowed in the room.
• Please adhere to check-in and check-out times.
• Please dispose of trash in the trash can provided.
• Make sure to close windows, lock doors and turn off lights, air conditioners and electrical appliances before leaving the room.
• Do not organize parties or events without the host's consent.
• Please adhere to the 10:00pm noise curfew.
• Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
• Prohibited substances are not allowed on the premises or you will be asked to leave.

Cancellation policy

• 100% refund if cancelled 14 days prior to check-in date.
• 50% refund if cancelled 7 days prior to check-in date.
• For cancellations within 7 days of check-in, we will be flexible with you to find a suitable solution. Our priority is to ensure your experience is easy and smooth.
